What to expect

• I’ll be uploading every 2 weeks for the first few episodes, while I get my head around everything. Then I’ll upload weekly!
• I’ll also be bringing on other second generation immigrants to share their experiences, their journey navigating the world & how they stopped overworking and started letting go of cultural pressure.

First VS second generation immigrants

First generation immigrants are people who were born overseas and came to Australia (or any other country!) to live permanently.

Second generation immigrants are people who have parents who were born overseas and now live together in a different country.

Remember, you’re a human BEING, not a human DOING.
